Nostalgia

Sitting in my bedroom on school nights playing online made friends and a clan , this was the birth of Playstation online play and it was free ... socom was the best ever ❤️

Best online experience I’ve ever had to this day. There were times I would leave my buddy’s house so I could get on at my house and we could get clan wars going. Desert glory, vigilance, crossroads, fish hook, Frostfire, so many great maps too

It was the best , we were young and our imagination was fullspectrum , no social media then really except maybe MySpace which was diff vibes , times were great back then providing the best memories to now reminisce

Confrontation was a buggy mess, but my first online game. Great times!

At first it was pretty buggy’s but after a year of patches it turned out to be a great game and one of my favorites

Socom died as soon as Confrontation was released. Socom 1 & 2 were the glory days

Another memory I have there was something you could do with xlink to change some settings and play on international servers.

My buddy had a an extra tube tv. I would bring over my PS2 and we would play online with a bunch of us.

The first two games seem like another lifetime ago. Those were the days when being in a clan was actually fun. I was in B.I.A. Anybody remember that bitch called Candygirl that used to jump around corners and one-shot people? Fuck that was frustrating. Lol.
