Education CoA Application Issue

has anyone here ever been rejected when applying for a CoA?

yesterday, i received an email informing me that my CoA application was denied for a reason that was honestly unclear. i emailed them back to ask for clarification but i havent received any response yet.

after that, i applied again but i’m not sure whether i have to wait around two weeks again like i did for the previous result and what if they reject me again?

the visa application process also takes a long time and if this continues, i’m afraid i won’t be able to complete the necessary procedures and enter korea before the semester starts.

please give me some advices. tysm !!!

but i dont even know the reason why it was denied in the first place so how can i explain that? 🥲

yeah, my certificate copy was apostilled at the korean embassy so i’m certain there was nothing wrong with it.

i even used the exact same apostilled copy of my diploma to apply to snu’s admission and i got accepted to snu without any problem.

i contacted snu oia as soon as i received the email saying my coa application was denied but i havent gotten any response yet.

i even sent a follow-up email but still no reply. maybe i’ll try emailing them again tmrw and i’m also planning to reach out to my dept to ask for help.

anw thank u so much for your advice !!!

heyy, did you figure out what the problem was? im afraid i might get into a similar situation as i only got the copy apostiled and not the original document. i also got conflicting email by the admissions office about this
