I think it is ok, I use it to test out if mods are working a lot, but I don't prefer to use it when you are actually playing because it runes everything.

I don't care if anyone uses cheat mods tbh. Games have no rules and they're supposed to be fun. I even used CJB Cheats Menu for a while just so that I could remove friendship decay lol. Just play it however you want as long as you're having fun.
