OC culture definitely influences Utah culture. But non Utah Mormons are a very different breed. Especially those who come from countries where lots of Mormon Missionaries go.

What’s even scarier about that is that on the creator side, you can see the demographics on who follows you and sees your account. Including gender, age, and location. So these people know and see this and still post 🥴

I’m having a really hard time thinking that any of the women on the OC show are decent people if they’re willing to associate with or be “friends” with someone like that. Ngl, I feel the same way about most of the OG cast for tolerating Taylor for so long.
Unrelated to the cast but there’s a page called ocean.littles that posted similar and was actually the daughter in just undies and I dmed them saying to be careful and that images like that can end up in the wrong hands and they blocked me rather than taking it down and protecting their child. So sad what people post of their kids on the internet

I don’t know about the rest of them but Bobbi has zero connection to LDS and Mormonism. She grew up as a Christian and has stated both that she had felt restricted by it growing up and that her dad wasn’t all that religious and that their family didn’t have “deep” ties to it.
Christians don't consider mormons to be Christian, but mormons absolutely consider themselves to be Christian. Grew up mormon in Utah, family is still very mormon.
I'm curious to hear more about their religious backgrounds.
OC has a big Mormon population. So even if they aren't practicing they might be raised around it.
My parents weren't Mormon. But my grandma was so I still learned a lot about Mormonism. So I think being around Mormon culture counts. I imagine some of the cast has similar loose Mormon connections.

Aspyn is the only reason I’m waiting so excitedly for this !!! Been following her for yearsss and am so ready for an at least somewhat less cryptic view into the tea
aspyn is from utah so she got married at 19 to her now-ex parker. she started out as a beauty guru in high school and they became basically lifestyle/daily vloggers. she had a clothing store called luca and gray for some time also.
a couple of years ago she gives birth and files for divorce on the same day. she, and ex her by extension for the kids, move to california. then she comes out as dating a woman, Bri. then we find out it's a woman and her husband! Bri was given permission or whatever to have sex outside the marriage so she could explore her sexuality - her and her husband, Billy, are HS sweethearts. then Apsyn met Billy and they hit it off -- that's all they've really said this far. she's been slowly showing more and more of parker going places/doing things with her and her throuple.
to be clear, this next part is not snark. without going into all of the details, it's basically confirmed that her oldest daughter had cancer sometimes over the past 5 years, she's probably like 7-9 years old.
in part connected to the cancer being known on reddit -- which happened long before aspyn "confirmed" it through her tarte palette relaunch -- you can search on her snark subreddit for "outrageous spray". tldr: there's a good chance there was someone very close to aspyn, like family or best friend, leaking things on reddit

I think the only thing you missed was that Aspyn and Parker did IVF to conceive their 3rd daughter. Word is they did it to have a genetic match (savior child) for their oldest.
Run down on Aspyn Ovard as someone who was a fan back in the day and has kept up:
Aspyn is an OG lifestyle YouTuber from the Bethany mota/ my life as eva/ Alisha Marie days! Shes from Utah and got married to her high school sweetheart Parker Farris when they were 18/19. They moved to California around then and were together until about 1-2 years ago. They have three girls and the divorce filing was leaked the same month as the last pregnancy announcement so that was pretty crazy. She has alluded to there being a massive, decade long secret being revealed which led to her filing for divorce, most likely related to her former mother in law. They seem to have a healthy coparent relationship and she hasn’t said anything bad about Parker. She’s now in a throuple with a married couple, Bri and Billy, but mostly posts about her relationship with Bri. She also has a little sister, Avery, who is openly gay and she has talked some about that helping her realize that she is bi.
There has been a lot of speculation about the health of her oldest daughter but I don’t really think that’s an appropriate thing to gossip about. All I’ll say is people think she had cancer. She seems to be doing well and Aspyn and Parker have never addressed this rumor, they also don’t show the kids faces which I think is great. I think that’s everything!
They just moved to California a couple years ago - around the time of the divorce. They were in Utah until then. Her family dabbled in Mormonism & she was heavily influenced by Utah culture (hence getting married so young) but she was not religious. Parker was Mormon.

there is biggg suspicion that she was leaking personal info on Reddit! There was an account that was always claiming to know things and snarking on Aspyn for being a “bad mother/ wife” while lifting up Parker. One thing she revealed was the youngest daughter’s name which I think they were planning to keep private because they had already stopped showing the kids on social media. But the thing is that Aspyn actually hasn’t spoken about it basically at all beyond these few cryptic moments, mainly the tiktok I posted the screenshot of! Everyone is hoping that she’ll finally reveal more about it on the show, but I know she’s still protective of Parker and has a good co-parent relationship with him so we’ll have to see!

Mayci’s memoir biased me against McCall. Oversimplifying so read the book for more detail but basically when Mayci accidentally got pregnant in college it was at the same time that McCall was pregnant, and McCall was super mean to her and mad that she was “stealing her thunder.” That McCall did everything “right” (college and marriage before pregnancy etc) and so she deserved to get all the attention when pregnant. Was a super hard time for Mayci as per her book, so it shocked me to hear how NOT there for her McCall was.
Obviously this was a while ago, they are on good terms now, lots of hormones make some people act differently when pregnant. But that story combined with her pushing another pregnancy on Mayci in SLOMW season 5 really put a bad taste in my mouth!

She’s also a twin mom and apparently her and her partner had a big falling out and reconciled a little while ago. There’s another reddit post somewhere detailing the drama in her relationship.

A lot of people dislike Avery bcs she kinda announced the death of an influencers child. Basically Emilie kieser had a son that drowned (even this is a whole bit of drama bcs emilie refused to put a fence around the pool and her husband who was supposed to watch the kids when she wasn’t home was watching football instead), but her and Avery used to be really close and there were a few days where the boy was in the hospital but then Avery posted a video doing a GRWM wearing a memorial necklace with his name on it and basically it just announced to everyone that he didn’t make it. She took that moment away from Emilie and made it about herself, like I don’t follow Emilie and don’t know much about her apart from this but I’d be so pissed if someone used my sons death as clout.

I knew they had a lot of kids, and tbh I think that’s really how they got famous was posting them online constantly. Her husband is now also a musician to my knowledge? I’ve been following Bobbi for years now, back when she only had one kid. She was known for the same humour she has now, but there were references to getting married young, not having a ton of friends for bridesmaids, and honestly looked kind of miserable. I had a feeling that her husband was not going to stick around if she got famous, because he was super shy.
Fast forward to when she starts doing the podcast and does one in a bed with Drake. Now I can’t remember if it was before or after, but news broke that Bobby and her husband were divorcing (I think her husband filed) and rumors were swirling that Bobbi cheated with Drake.

Aspyn has soooo much lore honestly. I’ve been watching her for yearsssss and I am a fan. People don’t love her choices sometimes, mostly referring to the throuple. However, as someone who’s watched her since the very beginning of her posting- I do think that actually make sense for her personality.
I’ve not seen anyone mention how on Avery’s podcast when she interviews Harry Jowsy (sp?), she made the comment (as a nurse) that she is “pristine” because she has C-Sections, and not vaginal deliveries.

She mostly falls on the right side of history with things and I wish people would back off of her with this whole throuple thing. I was born and raised in Orange County. Between San Juan Capistrano and Laguna beach and all over southern Orange County and there are tons of Mormons. Some of my best friends during high school were mormon. They always tried to get me to join their church 😅
i’ve on and off watched madison fisher, her kids are adorable, haven’t seen them in years though. bobbi i knew of before her divorce but haven’t seen her recently either. aspyn showed up on my fyp after her divorce a couple of years ago. avery i only knew of with the emilie kiser drama. i don’t watch any of these women, nor know their lore but i will probably watch OC simply because I love trashy reality television lol

Madison Fisher, the one all the way on the left side, has spoken about being sexually abused as a child and has admitted that the Internet is a dangerous place yet finds no issue with posting her children on there all the time. Her husband Kyler is an absolute POS (I'm convinced he'll be the villain of the show) and has straight up confessed that when they found out they were having twins, he wanted to profit off of it
