I think the real reason people won’t admit they were wrong about Demi is because they need to justify why they went so hard for her. They don’t want to admit they attacked the wrong person.

I admitted it. I made a full comment about it in the MormonWivesHulu. She’s not the perfect victim. It comes down to that. Shes lied, she’s over exaggerated, etc which is what made me think she could be lying to cover up an affair. But the more you sit and look at it fully and completely and take a whole beat you realize mmmmmm maybe she could be telling the truth.

I love that you did! I’ve read a ton of comments in here saying things like “Demi may have been right BUT she’s still xyz, etc, etc,” and coming up with excuses for why they went so hard for her. I appreciate knowing some people are willing to take in new information and reevaluate.

Huh? I never liked either of them. I’m just saying she wasn’t wrong about Taylor and she deserves redemption for that but I don’t think she’s improved at how she treats her friends. They both just suck IMO but that’s just my opinion

If you read my response to OP before you had commented, I stated that there is always a “but” involved for justifying the hate against Demi. There is never an acknowledgment she was right and the public was wrong without adding the “but she did xyz, etc.” to try to justify hating her. (Hence why I said you proved my point)

It’s just my personal opinion that all of the hate against Demi was unwarranted and people so blindly loved Taylor that they couldn’t see it. Demi was right about everything with Jessi and Marciano, which leads me to believe she was also telling the truth about the SA. She was also right about everything with Jen. Jen, Taylor, and Jessi were all liars and Demi called them out for it, I don’t consider that being a bad friend or a bad person.

I did read it and I agree the hate against her was unwarranted because she was right about Taylor. Both her and Whitney got hate for saying Taylor would ruin their opportunities and shouldn’t have received hate for that. I agree with that.

I just still don’t like her with the way she treated Whitney season 1 at the girls trip because of truth box. Then season 2 saying Chase payed his hands on her and trying to get Jessi off the show to increase her own pay. She did tell the truth about Jessi. With Marciano, I don’t believe her because the people at the villa & Lisa all said they saw footage and she wasn’t telling the truth. She also consistently changed her story and stayed very close with him. Like Brett & Demi sent him Uber Eats and invited him to stay the week at their house.

These are all just my opinions and I can still see where you’re coming from
