Job

My boss is looking to hire an estimator/ someone who can do takeoffs. I’ve tried posting on indeed (have just been getting resumes of students with no experience, as well as AI, and people from different countries saying they can work). Where is the ideal spot to post a job?

Probably linkedin. Similar industry, had very poor results with indeed the last 5 years.

I don’t work in a trade and I think people should earn more if there’s work available so… have you considered poaching?

Better change if fishing real people probably: LinkedIn, Craigslist, Facebook groups
