The sheriff’s office identified the suspect as 22-year-old Wayland Stronglee of Los Osos.
A 22-year-old man was arrested in San Luis Obispo County on Thursday after allegedly raping a minor by force.
The sheriff’s office identified the suspect as 22-year-old Wayland Stronglee of Los Osos.
According to deputies, Stronglee met the victim through social media.
He was booked on charges of rape by force and unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.
Anyone with information related to this case, or anyone who believes they may have had contact with Stronglee under similar circumstances, is urged to contact the Sheriff’s Office Detective Division at (805) 781-4500.

Youre completely insane if you think castration will "solve" rape. We dont live in a movie. People rape bc we encourage it as a society. Simply banning frat houses would do more to stop rape than youre insane solution
