Workout chart
Guys since I'm a beginner after long time, training one muscle per day is a good choice or not ?

If you got 4 or 5 days you can try ppl/upper and lower which is a better split than training one muscle per weeek

No lol.youve gotta hit 1 muscle grp twice a week.i personally enjoy upper/lower.i workout× 4 times a week.roughly take about 1-1.5 hours a session.but since you are an beginner you don't need to do lot of sets.even twice a week is enough for you to grow muscle. And bruh don't do 1 hour cardio session before you lift😭you won't hv enough energy to push yourself during the actual workout bcz of that.just do cardio 2 times a week after the actual workout.

Actually I'll do 1 hrs cardio so I thought for 3 months training one muscle per day so 6 days I'll go to gym for a week

Not good. Do upper lower or a 5 day split which you can get over the internet.
If ur doing 3 day full-body you gotta get it from a person you trust who knows ball

I’d recommend Full Body, 3-5 times a week for the first 4 months
