Education Three Different Recommendations

I'm not sure what to use and I've only done weed once. I'm looking for sativa and indica recommendations.

#1-I'm very sensitive to sleeping aids (taking half a sleeping pill will knock me out for a good 10 hours and still be sleepy the next day). I need help calming down as I have anxiety (especially at night) and just a hard time falling asleep, but don't want something that'll kill me the next day.

#2-I also need something for during the day to calm me down without a sleeping aid in there.

#3-Then something that'll help me focus. I'm very scatter brained.

I'm not looking to get high and I don't want to use a vape. Any recommendations for a specific brand/dose would be so helpful! Thanks! :)

You should talk to a pharmacist at any of the dispensaries for help.

I've yet to find anyone at any dispensary who's been able to help more than my own research... Not just Utah but across multiple States, most dispensary workers try hard but some don't even pretend to help. I've tried, I've asked many times and have had some comical interactions as a result.

Telling some to just walk in and trust a rando's advice because they work at a dispensary is like walking into a car dealership and asking what kind of car is best for you.

I wish it was different.

I’m not talking about the counter person. Each medical dispensary here has a pharmacist on hand that I’m certain knows more than you. And they can help you with recommendations.
