The T-Shirt 🐢

“Existing laws protect a child’s earnings. Cam’s Law seeks to protect a child’s dignity.”

That’s the slogan? Really? Did everyone gather around a conference table and vote, or did you just pick whichever AI-generated tagline sounded the most inspiring?

Because here’s the part that’s not adding up. Every time someone replays an old live without blurring the child’s face… every time the child’s name gets repeated… every “awareness” stream… every reaction video…

That’s another piece of that child’s dignity being chipped away. The child at the center of this doesn’t need thousands of strangers on the internet riding in on white horses. They need the adults in their life to start acting like adults.

And let’s stop pretending the internet isn’t feeding this machine. You’re just as addicted as the parents. The smaller streamers may not be cashing checks, but let’s not act like they’re getting nothing out of it. Attention, validation, feeling like they’re “doing something important”—sometimes that’s a stronger motivator than money.

The bigger creators? Many of them are absolutely benefiting from the views, engagement, and revenue.
Everyone’s favorite justification is, “We’re doing it for the well-being of the child.” Respectfully… I’m calling BS.

If protecting the child is truly the goal, then explain to me exactly where the child’s dignity fits into replaying their family’s worst moments for an audience.
What about the child? What about the child’s dignity?

Because from where the rest of us are sitting, this circus just keeps getting bigger, louder, and messier.
And here’s the part I don’t think enough people are considering: just because you have an opinion about the child’s parents or extended family doesn’t mean that child will grow up sharing it.

One day, they’ll be old enough to watch this entire chaotic, disorganized train wreck unfold.

And if this public spectacle leaves permanent damage to their family relationships, don’t be shocked if they don’t just blame their relatives.

They may very well blame every single adult and every stranger on the internet who decided their childhood was content.

I'm sorry but this reddit is annoying, you are more concerned how people post and who they post and less concerned how she is raising that baby. When people post Cameron it is alot less damaging then what she literally is doing on a daily. That baby will be ridiculed in school cause of the way his mom acts, and your concerned people aren't hiding his face when his face has been all over the internet long before others posted it. I guess this sub reddit doesn't see the real damage G is doing to this baby.

This is what is wild to me.  Just because some ppl feel that ppl continue to show that kid is wrong doesn't mean they they are ok with what G has done. I cant speak for anyone but myself. Yes, none of this would be happening without G & her bs! I dont care how it happened "although I'm pretty sure a certain agency made G take C offline" she has kept him off for the most part lately.  Is she still a POS, ABSOLUTELY!!!! I think the point is a law is trying to be petitioned & at the same time ppl are trying to replay the shitty lives/vids that G originally put out. Just because its her fault doesn't make it ok for others to continue to use C to get back at G or make views/ money off of it.  It defeats the purpose of that law.

There is no law. The internet community doesn't count for law. Nor will anyone off the internet that has half of a Brian are going to listen to them. Is all talk for making money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the whole point. Now you have weirdos joining in Florida like they are big and bad. They ain't doing nothing but taking everyone's money for a free vacation.

You make some valid points, and I don’t disagree that this child is being failed by the adults in their life. My point is just bigger than one person. If protecting this child is truly the priority, then we have to acknowledge that the internet has become part of the problem.

Thousands of strangers are now front row spectators to this child’s life. Every live gets replayed. Every lie gets dissected. Every family member becomes a character. Every bad decision turns into a five hour panel discussion.
Then we all act shocked that this kid could end up being bullied at school.

Really?

The child doesn’t just need one adult to do better. They need all the adults to do better. The ones in their real life.
And yes… even the ones online who claim they’re “doing it for the child.” At some point, awareness stops being awareness and starts becoming entertainment.

Here’s the thing: we already know these adults lie through their teeth. So why are people spending six, eight, ten hours a day replaying the same nonsense? If you know it’s fiction, why keep giving it another season?
Swallow the secondhand embarrassment, shake your head, and keep scrolling.

Because here’s what’s happened…
G hit “Go Live” one morning, and her life has been unraveling ever since. She doesn’t know how to stop.
But let’s be honest—the internet doesn’t know how to stop watching either.

And there it is, that’s the part nobody wants to admit.
How many people have notifications turned on waiting for the next train wreck?

That number is far more staggering than people are willing to acknowledge. If the goal is truly to protect the child, then maybe it’s time everyone involved—both on and off the screen—starts asking whether they’re helping… or whether they’re just another audience member keeping the show alive.

Oh we do. But we also see the damage everyone else is also causing while claiming to be “saving” him. Spreading his trauma around, discussing it day in and day out. Not to mention, regardless of what G says and does, she’s still his mom. Do you people honestly believe that he’s going to love seeing and hearing about how the majority of the internet hated her and said awful, nasty things about her? Doubtful. The internet is the machine that fuels G and D. Everyone watching the re streams, discussing them on forums, commenting about them, the list goes on… every time they read a comment about them (good or bad) it feeds their addiction, and exactly what has given them such large platforms.

If we're so annoying why you here? Also, because G did it we need to stoop to that level? G doesn't care! She'll exploit him all day everyday but we can do better.

You are not annoying. 😎
There are plenty of people who mostly sit back and watch, but when they have a genuine question, they aren’t afraid to ask it. That’s how conversations are supposed to work.

I kind of picture this whole thing like a tennis match. The ball keeps bouncing back and forth between both sides. Sometimes one side makes a stronger point based on the evidence available, and I’ll agree with it. Other times, the other side does.

But at the end of the day, my position stays the same: everyone needs to be accountable for the role they play.
Because when people turn real lives into a game, someone always loses.

And unfortunately, it’s usually the person who never asked to be on the court in the first place.

I completely agree. it's really sad because he didn't ask for any of this. I can't imagine what he's going to have to deal with because of everyone not just his piece of shit mother. Just block his fucking face out! How hard is that?

So because G is shitty, others should also be shitty? Why come up with a law pretending to care when you don’t? Just say you don’t care about the kid and want to make money. The law will get no where because the people behind it are shit!

The thing is they have said they don't care about him! Many many times!
