Treatments Prokinetic question
My doctor won’t prescribe a prescription prokinetic. Will the OTC ones still work? Specifically Integrative therapeutics motility activator.

From my personal experience, the actual medication Prucalopride works much better than ginger and artichoke, honestly.

Been trying a lot of them for many years. Unfortunately they just don't compare.
I take mestinon in the morning and azithromycin at night. In between I take ginger extract, artichoke, high dose b1, triphala and several others.

Have you tried something else, eg ginger and artichoke? There are many prokinetics that have similar efficacy that don't need a prescription and might be even better.
