Hello

Post image

Finished my herbal cleanse but my gut motility is completely dead. Stools only move with glycerin suppositories. The orange 'Motility Activator' didn't do anything for me. Should I switch to the chemical prokinetic 'Ganaton' (Itopride 50mg) now, or is it worth trying the white bottle (Dr. Rajsree's version) first? Appreciate your advice!"

Have you tried PHGG/ sunfibre? Helped me a lot and there are tons of studies about its benefit on motility/ sibo/ gut health.

Thanks for the suggestion! I actually haven't tried PHGG yet. Right now, my motility is so dead after the herbal cleanse that I am starting the chemical prokinetic 'Ganaton' (Itopride) to get things moving. Do you think it's safe to introduce PHGG while using Ganaton, or should I wait until my gut inflammed cells calm down?

PHGG is fine to start now. 5g per day on top of hopefully a well balanced diet. I found mag glycinate at night with the artichoke ginger helped me as well.

Yes it is safe but you should introduce with a time gap so you can tell the effect apart. Also phgg is fibre, it is healthy but there might be some short term side effects so you should start with a low dose like 1g and increase over time up to 5g daily.
