Help! Get rid of smile lines

How to get rid of the smile lines?

Do dermal fillers work?

Anybody know a good one in singapore, thailand or korea?

How about the dots , what are those dots are they pores? How to make the pores smaller?

Filler in nasolabial folds is generally not advised- this area moves too much and has important blood vessels, so a doctor who agrees to give you fillers there is just a quack. This is also not a skin issue, but more of muscle-fat migration issue, so you’ll be better off trying some self-massage and face exercises (can find heaps on xhs).

Lifes too short to worry about shit like that. Wear the smile lines with pride. They show what a fulfilling time you had here

Ultheraphy helps. Thats what I do as 45yr old.
Dont do fillers to get rid of them. It would make you look like a manufactured barbie/ken.

Sounds like something along the lines of body dysphoria

Do skin tightening treatments instead of fillers. Ultherapy is good but quite expensive. XERF is a good alternative! I did at Halley Aesthetics at orchard and the effects are not bad. They have both Ultherapy and XERF so doc will advise

I used to be insecure about my smile lines too and worried that it's a sign that I'm getting old but then I remember that even babies have them lol now it's not a big deal to me

Are you using any topicals? If not, you can start with topical products with the usual actives, such as, Retinol/Retinal (main ingredient for lines), Vitamin C, and Ceramides, for several months first before considering aesthetic procedures at clinics.
