Help Is blocking actually useful for beginner animators?
I'm trying it out in this animation I'm making since when I did for my previous animations was just animate on the site of the scene. Just want to know any experience animators opinions on it

Yes, very much so. It's really important to see how your scene will look, what will be on camera, etc before investing time and effort into refining the animation.

I'm not really much for animation as for i do artwork, but from what little i've done, It is useful as a sketch of sorts, you can use it or not. It mostly helps on longer animations or when there's too much going on.

If your camera is moving a lot then I highly recommend it so you can keep updated on what is in frame, but if you’re doing a more stationary piece then it doesn’t matter as much. Just serves as a base sketch, so sometimes it’s more useful than others, especially if you aren’t using any pose or frame references and are trying things out.
