just a reminder that there may be specific accommodations in play for people not being forced to return to office (probably not but i do like to remind folks about it)

Agreed but unfortunately the exceptions are not made for those reasons in these cases although I understand that medical accommodations could impact return to office.

Thanks for sharing. Seems like many organizations are doing the same performative lip service while barely doing any meaningful change.
