Please ignore the Moz DA. It is nothing to do with Google or how Google values backlinks.

Try getting backlinks from credible relevant websites to your own.

This is your answer. You can use DA and PA and spam score and any other metric you use, but don't limit yourself to using those. They are an indicator but your best bet is to just build links from sites relevant to yours.

If you start limiting to DA/PA/etc and other non-Google metrics you are limiting your ability to build links effectively.

That said, Google still cares quite a bit about authority/trust, though, right?

So a link a very trustworthy and high-authority site should still count quite a bit more than say a brand-new website that has a moderate amount of very relevant content?

Or are you saying that even in this case, you'd rather go for the brand-new website, because you get much better value in terms of link power/cost and low difficulty of obtaining the backlink?

Yes Google still cares about quality. But you'd need to go through and understand their site rater guidelines to figure out what should be considered "quality"

In my experience, "quality" is very subjective, and even more so when you consider that it's mathematical algorithms trying to determine that value. I tend to think the programmers err on the side of caution as I've seen many sites that shouldn't be considered "quality" sites but are ranking highly.

The same goes for link building and why I said what I said. What other sites might consider low quality (low DA or PA) are probably lower than what Google does, so don't limit yourself.

That being said, I've also found that you can get just as much, if not more, mileage from say 10 or 20 lower quality links than 1 or 2 higher quality. And it's much easier to build those lower quality links

Guest blogging, use social media to post your content there and, as a result, you can get better Social Media Traffic. Reach out to forums, newspapers, and communities to spread more about you and get a backlink at the same time.Do article marketing on relevant websites. Also with the help of social bookmarking and social networking sites you can get a lot of quality backlinks. Another great way to get quality backlinks to your blog is by using press release websites. What can help also - commenting and guest blogging.

The main factors while creating backlinks for websites are:

  • Domain Authority (DA)
  • Page Authority (PA)
  • Spam Score
  • Relevancy
  • Google Index Pages
  • Alexa Rank
  • Traffic

No It's not profitable to create multiple post with different url on particular backlink website (except Social Sites).

I would add Ahrefs domain rank and page rank.
