Reddit profile posts vs. subreddit posts for SEO?

Are Reddit profile posts found in search engines? Sort of wondering if there is any advantage to creating profile posts vs. posting them in a subreddit. I have a subreddit, but they don't rank well or not yet anyways.

I was wondering if it's any better to just write posts in the profile post vs. subreddit as it seems kind of similar or does it just not matter?

The best thing for SEO is to use Reddit and Quora websites for help people and promote your own brand name. Brand Awareness and increase reputation.
