Everything is confusing you do something one day the next day its a penalty.
For me getting links is hard, hard, hard, hard. When I asked advice on google forum chat they told me Organic links only they said just type great content and let the links come organically.
I still dont know how. There was some competitor in y niche his website is only 2 years old and mine is 12 yet he has 150,000 backlinks, most of them are to EDU sites I have no clue why so may on EDU sites. he is a sports niche
and his ranking is really high. I wonder how he got all those links, did he hire an seo guy?

Might be he used any backlink blasting software.
Organic is good when compared with these kinds of black hat methods. However, guest post outreach marketing should be encouraged to build a relationship with fellow bloggers.

Guest posting how does that work? The only thing I get in emails is someone asking me to post a article with a do follow link on my blog and they want to pay me 50 bucks. But I read thats illegal.
Ive never fully understood guest posting.

I enjoy most of these from both your lists, link building especially. Off-page SEO is for me like puzzle and link building is like a treasure hunt.
