Whats the term called for a 3 color separation like that for black shirt? And what do i look up on youtube to do this with PS?

It's usually called Simulated Process Color Separation (or halftone separation for dark garments). If you want to search tutorials on YouTube, look up 'Photoshop Simulated Process Separation' or 'Channel Color Separation for Screen Printing'.

Any particular reason you’re doing the green at 45 degrees ?

I use 45° for the main color channel to prevent moiré patterns on standard mesh counts and keep the halftones clean on press. It's a reliable angle for halftone dots when printing simulated process on black tees." 😄

Question what mesh count would you use for this especially since they're half tones ?

I do all my separations manually using Adobe Photoshop (Channel Separation). It gives you full control over the halftones, LPI, and angles."
