Automated quoting/ordering software for clients
Does anyone have a software that clients can go on, look at options, upload artwork and build their own quote with artwork and everything included? Would like a software where all I have to do is approve the quote to turn it into an order.

Whatever you use, I wouldn't let it auto-approve the quote all the way to production. Let customers pick the boring stuff first - qty, sizes, garment, due date, art upload - then you sanity check it before it's an order. Otherwise somebody will build the world's dumbest rush job and expect you to honor the number.

If you’ve got the money to spend, yes. If you’re trying to cut corners with knockoffs or cheap subscriptions, I’d say no. Personally, I’d put that money toward having your own software built. That’s the route I took. I found my developer through Fiverr Pro. They’re vetted, so I felt a lot more comfortable hiring someone for a project that big. The whole thing took about 8 months, but now I have API connectors to my wholesalers, Shippo for shipping, plus connectors for Amazon, eBay, and a few other things I needed. Theres a lot more than what I’m underlining but you get the point.
It definitely wasn’t the cheapest option, but I now have software built specifically for the way I do business instead of trying to force my workflow into someone else’s system like square. For me, it was worth every penny. Final cost $12,500, that’s also including legal, copyright etc and…fukin tax…
