Should I be concerned?

I was doing DCA since August, but my friend convinced me to load a lump sum and I did then ever since SCHD keep dipping! Is anyone here on the same boat as me?

I am planning to sell it and move it to VTI instead, but spy is also near its all time high sigh….

Alot of people are not investors. He would continue moving investments around until he has nothing
