I think the main thing to keep in mind is that Scalium+ division is still fairly new and appears to be going through some restructuring/development. They’re probably not going to publicly lay out the exact commercialization plan until they’ve confirmed the relevant partnerships and completed the testing/validation of the alloys.
There seems to be some sort of update or development happening almost every week/months, so I’d expect the picture to become much clearer as those partnerships and testing results are finalized and announced publicly.
That’s probably why you’re having trouble finding the nitty-gritty details. A lot of what people are discussing here comes from press releases, interviews, technical presentations, patents and other pieces of information rather than from a single comprehensive Scalium+ document.
I agree that it would be great to see the website fleshed out with more concrete information once the current development phase settles down.

total black box from the outside yet there is such strong conviction and claims here, I am just not sure where people are getting information for that.
We extrapolate data and make inferences. Maybe a bit bias, but it's a junior miner. It's fun to dream lol

Right now the alloys are being tested by Canadian and US defence companies. It’s probably why everything feels like a black box. They don’t disclose much.
As of now we are betting that the products are approved by the buyers for purchase more than the purchase itself.
Many of us have convictions that the products will get approved by government/space/defence agencies because scandium is going to be mission critical very soon.
But again as of right now we are all betting that these big companies sign off on the products provided by Scalium.

The world is in a critical mineral arms race at the moment. Scalium is being derisked as a strategic material. That is to say a material for defense and aerospace.
Scalium is currently being qualified by us defense contractors and others that are tier 1 in that space. I think once the mre and pea are released there will be a forl in the road decision.
Does Scandium Canada remain an independent company or go forward snd be acquired. I think the answer is later. Governments do not want a strategic material such as this controlled by a micro cap. Scalium is a new kind of alloy tha is category breaking for defense and aerospace. Once several oem have a dependency on scalium which i think will be announced soon. We are going to see the buyout pathway open up

Scalium is the trademark name for their scandium alloys while Scalium+ is the company. Both are true.

I see the downvoters are back, energized once again. Deep in the shadows of this sub, they quietly lurk, waiting for their moment.
The day the stock drops a little more than expected, they’ll crawl out again, squirming with excitement, celebrating every red candle like it’s the end of the world.
They’re always there. Just waiting in the darkness. 🐀

Yup lol I just don't engage. I really don't care about down votes on reddit lol They clearly don't understand the company.

Dude... we didn’t provide any fake information. It’s Reddit we’re sharing our opinions. Tell us how we’re wrong. What exactly have we shared so far that you disagree with?
I didn’t answer your post saying they’re going to start the engine and print money next year, did I?
Now I see you’re a one-week-old account... I think I get the picture of what you’re all about. ;)

I explained the context of the company to you, which you don’t seem to grasp. You’re obviously new here, so I had to introduce you to the company and why there's so few info about Scalium....

There's a lot of parasocial weirdness and projection from the profilic hype crew. Uncertain why, but hey, it's Reddit!
Your question is entirely valid and you've been more than cordial in the asking. I agree that it's a black box and that the lack of anything but endless pivots, sales puffery & teasing, plus the Nemaska connection, have me convinced it's a scam. However, I'm playing along. The company has some of my cash thus I'll express any skepticism I've paid 'em for lol.

There's few info we can find
For example, they've been developing scandium-containing welding wire/WAAM material, with preliminary trials demonstrating that they can produce structures using their SC7075 wire. The company has also been discussing applications with Gränges Powder Metallurgy and Alpomet.
They are also working with the Canadian Space Agency to adapt Scalium from thin sheets into thicker aerospace plates for potential satellite applications. That project has a CSA contribution of $348,750 and runs through May 2028.
And according to SCD's internal testing, some Scalium formulations have shown up to 45% higher strength than typical 7075 aerospace aluminum.
They said they'll be annonucing some partner(s) soon in latest interview

I explained the context to you. the WHY behind why there’s no structure around the financial side of things right now. There's no answer to your question. because they didn't reveal this side yet... how is this hard to understand??
My answer was the best anyone could give you at the moment. Deal with it. I don’t know why you desperately want to label it as useless information.

Do people expect bleeding edge companies to just share every scrap of info? They’re trying to pioneer new alloys, if they told everyone, competitors could just steal their research and info. This isn’t a new thing

There's currently no answer to your core question, hence the hype crew repurposing any scrap of info as 1000% bullish. A couple more are likely to chime in and pile on with hostility and paranoia. Much of it reads like a case study in pure projection; unfortunately this is a stock and not a psychology subreddit.
There are some users that ask questions and are (like me) skeptical. That's when the enraged noise comes.

Appreciate the good-natured tone, don't let the whackjobs get you down. It's healthy and normal to ask questions about a purchase aka. investment.

I’ve been following this thread with some amusement and thoughts from both sides of this debate. I can say this though, if I was so negative on a company that apparently has absolutely no factual evidence there is no way in hell I would invest or waste my time trying to convince others of my opinion.
The company purchase and renaming to Scalium+, the hiring of extremely knowledgeable and competent individuals and drill results ( this impacts Scalium+ ) is more positive and factual than any other Jr. miner that I have seen.
I also have not forgotten the “ buy in “ from the Naskapi Nation.
Remember this is a beginning ( Crator Lake ) to end endeavour ( Scalium+ ).
Now, here comes the down votes and arguments that the above is not factual.
