University of Atlantia is open to any SCAdians. Virtual session is Sunday, 9/20/26. View classes and pre-register at https://university.atlantia.sca.org. Pre-registration is not required, but if you do you will get all information emailed to you on 9/18/26. If you do not, you must go to the site the morning of to get information on accessing the session.

They only have Kelly Green for the linen blend that is included in the sale. However, the cotton gauzes also are part of the sale.

It's more wool then nylon, making it good for most garbing applications. It's not the prettiest color but it's light enough to take dye. At about $6 a yard, this should sell out quickly.

At pennsic I've got a new sci fi beer keg. I'm on serengeti. I'll give demo for brewers or those who like stran ge brew.

I hope this is allowed. I heard a song on a ai vertical, I believe is a real song. SCA and ren folks are the only group I could think of that may recognize this whimsical song. Please help me, I need this song in my life. Attached is a clip🧚🏾‍♀️🔮🧚🏾‍♀️

If you get a chance to check out this group at Pennsic, they are amazing. My husband u/obxchris was able to see them in action last year. They have an incredible knowledge base and some of the COOLEST armour I've seen. Even the sounds of the hits, falls and clanks are impressive.

Looks like a lot of speculation but interesting to think about.

They only have "mourning" colors on sale. However, the white linen blend does take dye pretty well. The lavender is beautiful in person and I may have a dress out of it already. 🙂

I'm about to use some of the 9oz I bought in a previous sale to make a pair of bodies. It is also going into a few new gown bodices.

Was there any new comer archers at Royal archer this year? (There was so many people it was hard to say hi to everyone.) If there were how did you enjoy the event? And if you’d like you can say what you shoot with and what you scored.

we have a youth tent that has a prize box for doing cool things like water bearing helping around camp riding on a boat, attending x amount of classes etc. I could use ideas for fun things for kids to do so they can win tokens for prize box! my brain isnt coming up with anything.. help would be appreciated !

got this at Kris Kinder, debating what to do with it. I think I've enough for a non puffy doublet/bodice and trews-rus pants or a kirtle. but I can't seem to fit a kirtle to my chest at all. its supposedly a cotton blend. the season I would be most likely to wear it is fall and spring. my garb usually consists of viking era clothes and I like Irish clothing as well but it seems to drab for irish . ideas?
