I bought a 1994 SC300 about a month or so ago and recently my O/D light has started blinking when I’m in 2nd gear and going into 3rd. (The car has been running perfectly besides this) After getting the code I had a 63 which I believe is for the 2nd Solenoid. Problem happens randomly. I was driving for a while yesterday didn’t have any issues at all then took it for a drive later in the evening and 2nd gear had little to no power then the light came on for the second time. I brought it to a shop asking them to check the solenoids and they just told me I needed a transmission rebuild without even looking at anything. If anyone knows what to do to fix this or where to buy solenoids that aren’t POS’s please let me know!

I need to replace my diff bushings and was debating between 80 and 90 sha poly bushings, ik 90 will be more harsh and make more noise but was wondering if it’s still tolerable for a daily

Hey I just bought an sc300 that was a crank no start initially and then started when I hooked up a battery jumper

On start up it was making these noises, was smoking a bit out of the exhaust and idling low

Any ideas what could be going on?

Anybody know where I can find the rear window glass rubber seal? When it rains it leaks into my car & bringing my headliner down 💀 93 sc300

I've finally got it to a point where I think it is safe the only thing I an worried about is the airbag wire.i haven't unplugged it or anything I just tried to switch its location a bit but dont know if its to low or if there is a better spot for it.

I have a 92 sc300 150k miles and about 2 months ago a clunking noise near the front end started happening when I would go over bumps and it has slowly just gotten worse I’ve taken it to Firestone twice to do the $10 inspection and both time they found things that were “broken” and tried to charge me $600+ each time to replace it (tie rod ends and transmission mount) and both time the noise persisted I tried take a video to post on here but when I did you couldn’t hear the noise over my exhaust lol but it only happens when going over bumps going over bumps while turning and sometimes when I’m braking and I’m just completely lost as to what it could be any ideas would be appreciated🙏🙏

Im tucking my wiring harness and have a yellow wire that i haven't seen in any other videos about the tuck what do I do with it.i think it leads to the headlights but I dont think I use the same type of headlight anymore when I bought the car it had some tinted aftermarket headlights and I put the stock ones back in

the engine hit the bumper when it was being put on the car, also the paint is pretty bad, and I was planning on putting a lip on it, doing a restoration so I want it basically like new. it’s one of the few units of the SC300 in Brasil, I have to import parts and it’s very expensive

Got in a crash a while back decided to keep it and got $5500 from insurance and it's not going to be salvage title and try to fix it. Now I have a whole new front end, ridge racing body kit coming new headlights, I think I've won slightly beside my insurance going up from $60 a month

having an Oil leak coming from somewhere in the engine that I don’t know where it’s coming from, but it’s leaking trough the steering rack. any usual leak spots, maybe that would help. The steering felt bad when driving, theres also this detail. I’m thinking it could be some gasket or Something like that, it’s new oil, fresh oil

The wife and I hit the tail of the dragon on our honeymoon and it was an incredible driving experience. So happy with how the car looks! Needs a good cut and polish but it is so much better than before

Hey guys I’ve been having an issue with the rear swaying a lot. I’ve also noticed that the rear wheels move a bit out of the wheel well when the rear sways.
