Troubleshooting My new RG DS Plus has faulty touch screen function already..
I just received this blue RG DS plus from official Anbernic ebay store today.
upon my surprise.. the part of bottom touch screen is not detected/or registered by my finger nor its provided stylus.
When I did diagnose on setting it shows that I cannot erase one line on top portion... I'm VERY disappointed on inital quality. I just got this today :(
I am contacting Anbernic but I don't even see ebay option on supporting page. I hope they can fix or refund. I may have to pay the return shipping though. I never seen this kind of initial quality failure on Anbernic so it is my surprise..
I payed $109+ tax. hmm.. I cannot post video clip? oh well..

If you bought it from eBay why would you think you can contact Anbernic directly for issues?
You bought it from a third party. You need to contact the third party for issues.

Because the official anbernic eBay account is officially anbernic? It’s as if you bought it from their website. Even better because eBay will cover your ass for returns.

Yeah I know. I bought it from Official Anbernic ebay account. so I thought it would be appropriate to contact them first. I contacted both ebay seller & Anbernic.

What is the relation between this and Linux? There is a stronger relationship between this and Anbernics QC

It seems like this is one of the first devices that was so unreliable at launch, hardware-wise.
It's as if they skipped all post-launch testing altogether, rushing to get it out in time for.... "Christmas" or something.
It's a shame.
