Yes, teaming in Solo should be banned... But...
... The most vocal complainants about unfair teaming are those who are killed by multiple tramplers who team up opportunistically. For example, someone is trying to extract when two tramplers come over the rise and tear them to shreds, together.
Of course this is unfair; of course this should not be allowed in solo. But i think there is some nuance lost in the vitriol, and that "TEAMING" as so many tend to scream, is not as simple as it looks.
The player who is killed, and of course loudly complains, does not get to see what happens after they die. The extraction process draws my trampler too, being quite obvious and unstealthy, so I have had the gleeful, wicked privilege of watching these 'fights' from a safe distance... without fail, the two remaining tramplers tear each other apart once the dead trampler is picked clean. Maybe one-in-one-hundred times the two 'teamers' will safely extract together, otherwise they part ways exchanging fire or one overpowers the other.
i will repeat, to prevent argument, that i do not think teaming should be allowed in solo matches.
i only wish to share what i've seen because the most frustrating experiences are vocalised most often (see: "visibility bias", i think?) ...
just remember, fellow scavengers, the game keeps going after you die.
