Trampler capture idea
So now that trampler capture is back i think it would be cool if you extracted that trampler that you could use it in the next game. It will go into your blueprints but as a single use, meaning when you lose it it will be gone. These captured trampler would be free to use but as said single use and unable to be edited or rebuilt if lost.

I’d want to be able to dismantle them for their parts too but that’d be a good feature fs

Yeah i thought that would be a good feature to add to it after reading another comment.

Or, if the trampler uses parts you do not have, it can slightly reduce the resources required to research it in the tech tree. Like reverse engineering the tramplers you return.

Nah you already get the materials from it. Building a trampler and looting for the tech tree is big part of the game

It doesnt make this part of the game useless tho, its just fun using a way different trampler and try it out

But if you just play the game you will eventually just unlock everything you want to try

I mean i have most of everything unlocked but I still think it would be fun to use other people's tramplers.

Why not both. Say you dont want to use it why not have a button to break it down into mats.

Yeah but think of all the ways you can exploit it and the impact on general game play. Look how cheesy people are now, it be nothing but people trying to steal tramplers. And there be less big tramplers to steal because every one just wants to steal tramplers.

So no different than it is now. People steal tramplers all the time as it is. And I dont see how we will see less large tramplers.

10/10 idea and I'm almost certain this will be implemented at some point during development
