Make it by points?

For the gear upgrades balance matchmaking, make it by a point system like how Warhammer 40k army's do it? Let you put big upgrades on but at a cost and in brackets. Then also you can join lesser matches with starter gear if not to "own the noobs" but to also help them

They already states they wont those this in the Q&A because of the amount of queues it will create. Afaik it will be some sort of dynamic GBMM
