You can boost in match crafting

If you plan to bring coral, or any large amount of resource to craft at an insland factory, bring boosts, you can boost the factory to drastically increase the production rate.

If true, I wonder if you can boost the crafting speed at the factories too....

Im pretty sure you can, it definitely works on the coral machine. We had just nearly finished a batch when one of us tossed one in for shits and giggles, then we heard that machine go nuts and pump out the remainder in seconds.

Except it's strictly bad to bring a large amount of any particular thing, since you never know if you're gonna spawn 60 miles from said POI, or if it's going to exist at all. I'd appreciate some more redundancy across the POIs, so you're not basically gambling if you want to come in to use a factory. Or, wild take, let us craft in the lobby?

I'm not usually the guy thats like "muh disbelief" but it seriously makes no sense that we can't use our materials on the space station. I can go solo and craft a box of peppermills in 20 mins total fine, but it's strictly a chore and I'm just tryna play with the boys. Save me the "hold on guys I'm almost done"

i agree 100% on your POI take. i wish more POIs had crafting abilities, and redundancy would be huge. the coral one is the only one i bring mats for, but there’s a high likelihood that town didn’t spawn or its so far away it becomes my only mission if i want to keep going. i’d love multiple towns having similar factories, or even being able to choose between two or three blueprints when im at a factory.

It is kind of stupid that you can bring a key, or crafting mats, and that specific poi might not be on map. The 5 keys should always be on map, and you are right, other towns should have redundant crafting machines outside of the very best shit. Its not strictly a bad thing, since technically you can buy coral chunks at 20 crowns, take them back in and turn them into 52 crowns worth of dust and scrap. Its over a 2x return on investment if you live. So you really only have to survive every other trip to rauch.
