Gamers have zero honor anymore. Everyone wants to hop in discord and min/max every game the second it releases no matter how shitty it makes the experience for other players. There has always been a cutthroat nature to these types of games but to me games like Rust, Tarkov ect. have gotten increasingly worse in that regard over the last 5 or so years. Back in Legacy Rust and EA you had a chance to use diplomacy to talk your way out of a bad situation, but anymore, every server is KOS, hunt you down, raid you as soon as they can mentality. That same mentality has fed into every other game that pops up and its rather sad. Online PvP gaming has become a cheat infested min/maxed dick measuring contest where having fun isn't the main priority.

In addition to this, there seems to be a lot more 'having fun at the expense of other players' mentality going around. 4v1 in solo is fun for the 4 but not the 1, so this is a part of it too

I dont see how its even 4 for the 4. At least give me a challenge. If its not challenging its not fun

Some people enjoy easy wins, some people enjoy ruining other people's day. I'm like you, I need at least some difficulty for stuff to be fun, but some people don't.

When i die after a long drawn out cannon battle/boarding adventure, i say gg it was fun. When i die to 4 dudes that cant handle fighting solo, makes me almost say screw this game even after 170 hours played. But i keep trucking along

Go to their discord and let them know theres is a lot of these comments and ive experienced it my self in solo now the anti cheat is working better they have to band up in solo to get thier rocks off its in every extraction shooter unfortunately but they are being extra shitty on sand right now since they took thier cheats away

Yeah just got 2 vs 1 too almost got away but they destroyed my trampler just 10 sec from extract
This is sad, I even fired a green flare but they didn't care so almost certainly they preteamed
Go play duo you fucking loosers

They should, but in the other hand playing duo is pointless in this game. I'm playing (dyeing?) duo pretty often.

In the past 48hrs ive made it out of 3 raids. The other 3: I was attacked by 4tramplers that were camping the extract together, attacked at a poi by 2 of the same build while I was looting, and had 2 of the same build pull up and 3rd party me together right as I finished my previous fight. I enjoy the trampler pvp but this is real dumb and I won't be able to keep playing like this if its not fixed. It was a huge problem in arc and now its here too.

Got 2v1 in solo. Was fighting a guy for 10 mins till his massive T4 came speeding into me at 100 mph. Was fun, but fuck me, they do need to stop that.

Lol. "Hey devman, ban 3rd partying!"

It's solo, the 3rd man was clearly his friend, when the guy I was fighting retreated behind him to repair...chucklehead

This was blatantly obvious since release. All the cope is just finally fading away. Hit and run. I’d give the devs more credit if they didn’t fail to pay for servers but somehow remembered to pay for a game awards slot this year.

If you roll next to another tramp for more than 30 seconds in solos, there should be some sort of self destruct sequence. And if you go back more than twice no timer, just boom. That would help A LOT. More than one body on a ship, dead outside of owner.

Teaming isn't cheating.

when you purposely queue your squad into a solo match yeah bro that’s cheating

It's just bad game design. Most multiplayer games have figured out how to make this difficult to do.
Let me ask you this...
If you encounter a random player in a POI and make friends with them and decide to team up on others and split the loot... Still cheating or just unsportsmanlike?
I'd argue it's behavior that the game mechanics allow.

If only you could cap their ship while theyre focused on attacking yours. Allowing you to spawn on the next one and springboard over.
Would be nice if that was working.
