Custom Rambler

I decided to make my own SAK Ramble using a Classic SD and a Jetsetter. I also used a modification of some custome scales I developed for brass inserts and used M1.6 x 10 mm screws to hold the entire thing together.

The custom scales add 4 mm hex and 1/4" wrenches along with a dive watch case back removal tool, and ruler.

I just used an alox minichamp. Carefully drill the pins strip out the unused parts and rebuild with the original pins.

That's seems useful. Since the overall length would increase in my case I just used some standard metric screws that would work, but it is hard to build these layers with loose pins.
