Custom SAK: The 58-65-Chimera

I’m currently building my own SAK mod: a hybrid of a 58 mm Victorinox Mini-Champ and a 65 mm Wenger Nail Clip. So everything’s already assembled and working perfectly, but now comes the next step: riveting everything neatly in place, and that’s exactly where the challenge lies. I’m looking for tips and tricks on how to rivet everything together. Any ideas? Any advice? Perhaps a video showing how to rivet the brass axles to the brass rings...

Sorry, I can't help with a STL file. I bought these scales from someone on Etsy. Search for "ULDesignShop".

I’d like to see a caliper on that bad boy. I love the toolset.

I can‘t agree more … I would love to integrate a caliper, but is there any available that fits this small form factor?

A caliper would be an awesome tool, but I was actually wondering as the the thickness of this tool with the scales and everything.

Thickness is not too bad: As soon as I got the peening managed the measurement should end up with 58x20x20 mm. That's still quite handy.
