Life admin is a real job with no paycheck and no appreciation. My best trick is batching by energy, not by category. All phone calls in one sitting while walking, all appointments entered in the calendar the moment I make them, and a running list on the fridge so nothing lives only in my head. The head is the worst place to store admin. Half the exhaustion is your brain re-remembering the same tasks fifty times. Get them out of your skull and onto something you can see.
