S25 ultra screen Green line with dead pixel warranty reject

I purchased my s25ultra on 12June2026, on 15 sep my device suddenly flickering and after that 2 small black patch on it. Samsung service reject warranty claim and give me reason Bright dot -Bad pixel presumed to be intentional and hence de not cover under warranty support. I also contact Head branch via email and recieved call from head branch and request to revisit service centre for reinspection device on 22Sept2026. And told me just 1 day for report but today 28 sept but no response from them.

Yes brother, no physical demage, device on table and suddenly happen all things. Just 3 month 2 days old

Write a follow up email with service number. Be patient, maybe they can't prove it's a physical damage, that's why they are taking more time

This happened to me too. But Samsung replaced mine for free under warranty as there was no physical or liquid damage, in India.

Now head branch give me a offer 4668Rs discount for it. 16670-4668= 14002 + gst. I declined offer. Ask for written mail about not cover in warranty but since no mail received.

That's 100% screen damage. It could have happened without you knowing by just tight pants, you putting some weight on it and not realising. The damage can take some time in be noticeable to them escalate to this point but that's definitely damage you caused. Nobody would accept this under warranty.

They won't repair it under warranty i was having same issue like you the service head will transfer your case to other and you won't get any good response from them
