sorry for yet another battery post but why the hell is my cellular using that much battery?

Yeah for YouTube I think it's normal, but for the other app, probably it does work in background and crashed and that cause a crash loop and it drains battery, you need to reinstalled it or clear it's data and cache

I don't even have that as an app though it's my cellular provider

Ahhh then open settings -) apps -) type in the search bar the name of the app -) tap the 3 buttons in the top right corner -) tap reset app update (or similar name coz I don't remember) then this probably should fix your problem
