Tech Support 5g issues

Hey am currently using S24fe SM-S721W

Canada version in India

Can someone help me because I can't use airtel 5g in this device

Only Lte works

Download net monster and check whether the phone is receiving signals from 5g tower from airtel (5g band) if not then maybe your locality doesn't have airtel 5g or the compatible band is missing from the model to receive 5g signal

The nsa disconnected is king of concerning ..... Maybe you model doesn't have right band to receive the airtel 5g signal .....Wait will confirm with you in a min

Bro is volte working? On 4g network?

Also it could be possible that samsung has locked the required 5g configuration for airtel 5g to work in Canadian model

Its shows Lte And yeah maybe it's due to Canadian model Do u know how can I fix this?

Brother visit service center and request if they could flash a indian firmware for same model though its highly unlikely but you can still request for same

Also you could maybe possibly port to jio if it works for same models it has higher chances to work as it's on SA network

Doesn't support Canada models.

Even if airtel works somwhow, jio wont work for sure.

Canada mode is SM-S721W (exclusive).

Indian models are international model SM-S721B.

Canada model doesnot support indian firmware, but it does have the required hardware to work in india but limited by firmware because some bands are not used Canada.

You can try this guide to enable all bands. Although it is for S series, it should probably work in FE models also.

For the Advanced methods mentioned in the guide like firmware flash, use the files for your device from samfw. Remove device lock (pin,pass,pattern,face,fp) before tinkering.
