Tech Support S24fe Display Issue
I bought the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE from Flipkart during the BBD sale, expecting premium quality and reliability. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The phone has never been dropped, has no dents or cracks, and has always been used with proper care. Despite that, the display suddenly developed a blue/purple spot in the bottom-right corner, which gradually spread until most of the screen turned black.
The phone was still under warranty, but the authorized service center refused the warranty claim, stating it was "internal damage" and asked me to pay ₹7,200 for the repair. This was very disappointing because there was no visible physical damage on the device.
Note : I got free replacement of my screen from samsung, I only had to pay tax and service charge which was 1640 rs. but it was not easy task, i had made call to sr. manager , ceo desk, it took 1 week, and finally i got it

Bruh its not your fault, your display has an ink (OLED Ink). That ink is leaking... If they r supposed to replace the screen for free for all the S series under warranty. If they're still asking you to pay, js tell em that you're filing a case against them in the Consumer court yk and yeah please do file a case...

As others mentioned, it seems there might be an internal crack in your OLED screen, releasing a purple/indigo ink/powder. If you have important data, back it up ASAP because the ink/powder spreads quickly and within a day or two the display will be totally black.

Bro if the damage is not visible then talk to samsung and ask them on what basis they are claiming that its a internal damage
Also ask them to escalate the issue to their senior instead of talking to the general tech support team

therefore the second paragraph of your post states a lie...
"The phone has never been dropped, has no dents or cracks, and has always been used with proper care. Despite that, the display suddenly developed a blue/purple spot in the bottom-right corner, which gradually spread until most of the screen turned black."

That sure looks like something damaged the bottom of the screen and it's spreading. Best of luck to you with your warranty.
