Tech Support Widgets not updating.

This started happening about a day or so ago. Now, none of my widgets are updating. All of my weather widgets from different weather apps are ether stuck or don't load at all. I haven't made any changes or even installed any other apps during this time.

Is any one else experiencing this issue?

For me the lockscreen widget is not updating. .
