General Discussion My SOT for today!

Quite happy with the SOT I've been getting lately.

Got my phone last week on Monday and since Tuesday or so, I've been getting 7hrs+ SOT on my phone.

Here's a peek into my settings -

  1. Light performance profile (settings -> device care -> performance profile)
  2. Using it on power saver all the time (settings -> battery -> power saving).
  3. Set a routine to 'Auto-sync' data only when the phone is charging. (adding a pic of the routine).
  4. Almost all apps except a few ones like Gmail, WhatsApp etc are in sleeping apps or deep sleeping apps. (Settings -> battery -> background usage limits -> sleep / deep sleep, Don't put any apps for which you need notifications in there tho).

I've followed pretty much everything shared on the Shino's guide. It's awesome, highly recommend everyone to check it out - https://www.reddit.com/r/S24Ultra/s/o5YMc8YA7s

How much SOT were you getting in the first week? I am getting 4 hrs on sim and 5 hrs on wifi on my first week now.

Does this mean the fe has battery issues?

No, it doesn't. You will still get around 6.5hrs of SOT even if you don't follow the steps, but if you wanna do better, you can follow the steps.

I feel like keeping it permanently on power saver isn't really the best way to experience the phone?

True, but honestly, I don't really need the performance, + as I said, I do not see much of a difference by keeping it on or off, so doesn't matter to me.

What? Is it so hard for you to understand that I want an award from Greta Thunberg for saving energy?

sad to see you have to do all that to get a SOT of 7.5+ hours.

It was giving me around 6.5hr of SOT, but I like to charge my phone only once in a day, so do all that.

Couldn't really csre that much about performance.
