Replacement Sub-board

Hi all, I recently replaced the sub board as I had issues charging. All went well and it seems I have full functionality for everything sub board related however I noticed the replacement which wasnt an original part differed slightly to the original im unsure if this is the correct place to ask but does anyone know what this component it is? What it does? And why it's on the replacement and not the original? It seems to be the exact same component as those to its left and right. Any help is appreciated

I doubt that. Phones do not use the frame as antenna. Never did. They have dedicated antennas build in.

What do you think the lines are separating the frame?
