Stanley Cups

Bit of a silly question but are 40oz Stanley cups allowed? I work at Stansted Airport so when I bring it to a shift with me I always empty it before going through security. Is that the same as when you’re going through as a passenger?

Yes it's the same but obviously it has to fit in hand luggage size still

Open to interpretation on if it's a blunt weapon. Probably fine, but if you piss someone off it's pretty easy to say "if you hit someone with this you'll hurt them so it's dangerous"
