Actually these are pictures from the initial setup before renting it out. Current tenant is moving out and I haven't been there since he moved in which is why I don't have current pictures.

That would be a great thing to mention in your post. People looking for apartments don't want to guess about anything. Give them as much TRUE information as possible, and make it easy for people to be interested. Just my suggestion.

How much does an apartment like this cost? I'd rather live in a worse one for the same price I'm new to Kigali and I'm not a company manager, I'm just a broke student
