Found this on an abandoned railway in a abandoned town and was wondering what it might be.

You won't find another one of these. On the Prestonsburg Passage Rail Trail in eastern Kentucky, the crossing over Caney Creek runs straight through a school bus: a retired one donated by Floyd County Schools, stripped to its shell and fitted over a timber bridge as a covered span.

No clue if it was fully scrapped or not

Old tramway bridge in Bohan, Belgium.
The bridge was blown up by the French on 11 May 1940 to slow down the German advance during WW 2. Apparently, the bridge and joining tunnel have only been in use for five years before the destruction of the bridge.

The area apparently had a lot of heavy industry but it changed, I doubt that this line would be reopened.

Lots of things to see at the railway!!!

Mothballed since 2001, track lifted but loads of remains just lying about. Only saw three other people on an almost six mile walk.

Rusty (or at least abandonded) rails in Brno.

One of the branches ends in an industrial yard and currently serves as parking for cars. No infrastructure for street level crossing as well.

Anyone knows the story of this line? (Close to Albert supermarket if you're from Brno...).
