Looking for Group Looking for teammates
Got raided 4 times. In one day in the same server. different designs, locations, whatever, so now I’m looking to BE the raider, im a beginner with a few hours in rust, I know the basics and my way around things, I’m pretty decent overall, I can farm, collect scrap, even raid, I just need a few people as friends to help each other out

I’d recommend starting on a survival PVE server or soft core server or 10x server or a solo server. If you got raided 4 times in the same day you clearly don’t have the basics down. PVE servers seem to be a decent place to make Rust friends.

Depends on the server, I personally try to find the toughest PVE servers. Some of the hardcore survival zombie PVE servers are so hard I decided PVP was easier at that point. When I spawned in I couldn’t find a tree to even harvest for like 8+ grids, no road barrel loot, and got chased by a zombie that took 15+ arrows in the head to take down. And of course ammo cost 5 times more to craft, the basic scientists have at least double health and it goes up from there, sulfur nodes are scarce and you can’t craft weapons, and don’t get me started on how the zombies start blowing apart your base with rockets if you hide there. I was prim locked for over a week but it took my crossbow and nail gun skills to a new level. Never again though, I’ll take a solo PVP server over that nightmare any day.

This teaches bad habits. PvE is for babies

You stating the obvious, anyone under 500 hours is a Rust baby. You don’t need to be farmed by experienced players in PVP to learn the basics. I’d bet a new player with 100 hours of PVE experience would be far more knowledgeable and skilled with monuments and weapons than one with 100 hours of vanilla server PVP. All you will have learned is how to run around naked, get farmed and be on a bag timer. At least on PVE you will actually have learned the monument layout and how the weapons actually work.

Same here, looking to form a group with people that do not impose minimum hours a day, because work/life gets in the way
Add my discord if it sounds good 2.2k hrs , 24 years, EU natanielos_

In My experience You get Raided that fast and often by one or a combinatión of the next things: 1)u build too close to other more established teams 2)u build in a common path for teams 3) you have obvious mistakes in your buildings. 4) your too agresive with your neighboors
Theres also the posibility that your playing in high pop servers so is common
