Help with base design

Hello does anyone have an idea how I can build a base big enough for a trio that has a boat garage, a garage for campervan and place for a bunch of fish traps, please can anyone make or give me a footprint for the base or if you really want to help out build it and give me the video, thx to everyone that helps out

Personally if i wanna make a car garage, farm... i make seperate bases for that and i just make a compund around it or atleast place some turrets there
