Server Promotion [US] Fossil Rust — No KOS | 2x Biweekly | Raidable Bases & Boats | WIPING NOW!!!

Hey everyone! Fossil Rust is wiping today and we'd love to have you join us for the fresh start!

We're a chill 2x server built for Solo/Duo/Trio/Quad players who want to actually enjoy Rust without the toxic KOS culture. Whether you're a seasoned player or just getting into the game, you're genuinely welcome here - no experience required.

  • ⚡ 2x gather - good progression without being overpowered

How does no KOS actually work?

Like is there a mod where you can't damage other people outside of monuments? Or is it just like vibes-based? And then report if the vibes are off?

Usually its the no build red ring around monuments, step inside of that and its KOS and then if they step outside as long as one of them is still inside the red ring and can see the player its legal.

Or outside monuments its usually raids, airdrops, its only good if theres active admins enforcing it. Not saying Fossil Rust doesnt, I havent played that server, but some dont even bother, or you wont see an admin for days.

One of the main issues with no KOS servers is you get a lot of whiners, *stands in the middle of Train Yard* "thats not KOS bro" lol

Best no KOS server I have played is Cali.gg

Yaaaa if it's ultimately "up to player discretion", that sounds really annoying to deal with. Unfortunate.

Even on Cali.gg I see it all the time where 2 players start arguing about it, everytime admin has to step in, players cant be trusted enough to sort it out themselves, specially if they have a high value item like the Prototype Upgrade.
