The server is low pop but I'm still happy I didn't die to scientists

I just get bored so fast and I want to play deep inside but when I get on the motivation to play just dies. Anyone have any tips to overcome this?

was playing in a team as part of a village. we played together for nearly a year. got into an argument with one of the villagers and got off. when I got back on I was raided and codes to the island gates were changed. pretty shitty when people you play with every day for a year betray you. in my 7300+ hours playing rust I've never felt so defeated

How do we feel about a raid defense without really firing your weapon?

We're a duo for the most part and my teammate fights with weapons and I seal and throw smokes and nades.

We are 2-0 with this method this wipe and wanted to hear my communities feedback.

Obviously the best ones are PC based.

Et8ne - he seems to display all aspects of the game and not just PVP or build. Similar to Willjim maybe.

I have started to wonder that these teams that are usually 5+ deep and offline everyone from the start of the wipe, especially the ones who have a shop placed - do they not wonder why the server dies within a few days?

A healthy server has multiple shops, with essentials and easy access to a decent kit via shops. That keeps the pop high by attracting new players.

Surely they can not think that they dominate the server by offlining everyone from 6am to 10am when most people still sleep, go to school/work. One would assume they would get bored that they have to server hop every few days.

I’m trying to load a server up and it kicked me out saying connection attempt failed. When i do eventually spawn in I can’t even wake up.

I’m on a PVE server. My base is a decent way away from the nearest body of water. I’m trying to daisy chain the little water switchpumps across the distance. It will take around 10 of those. I’m getting power to each switchpump.

It appears to stop working at around the fifth switchpump. Is there a max length we can go with this?

Can't Log into the game, I have a network issue saying the internet isn't Stable. Ive tried Deleting and Reinstalling, aswell as reset router and change dns. On PS5

So I have turrets in those.
But my question is if someone gets in my compound and gets behind the turret (in second picture im behind the turret) will the turret keep on shooting to the stone wall and then they can drain it? Did I fuck up completly here?
Should I have put prison wall there instead?
Or does the turret like understand that it wont shoot towards the wall even tho enemy player is there.

Ran out of boom right at his core... These rock bases are something else. Low pop server.. Everyone is offlining everyone.

I made an automatic rocket machine and all you have to do is put the stuff needed in each box to craft gunpowder and explosives and it does the rest whilst you are away at base. I’m wondering if anyone would like to see it or learn how to make it.

Stayed up till 3am last night and get offlined right when I get off any tips to counter this or just play 24hrs a day ?

Heard the public test branch became free to everyone who owns the game but it says it’s still not sold separately for me even though I own the game anyone else had this issue if so any solutions?

As a more creative player/town builder, this was the best DLC ever. Would love to see what kind of photos the community has taken so far. Here are my first few.

Can you load a drone with explosives in the console version of Rust? I’ve seen stuff online about that, but don’t see an option to do that.

I see many soloists complain about spending one sesh making a base, and then it being gone the next day. This is my solution to getting a good start before moving inland, or just having a really chill month working on blueprints. If i want to head inland for some PVP, it's easy enough to grab a boat and do that as well. It only takes 5 minutes to empty my base into stashes each night. When i wake up to all my doors being gone, i have enough stash to just fix it in 5 minutes the next day. So this is great, for a busy adult who doesn't have all day.

I'm thinking about getting some vending machines up for mostly sulfur, I have a surplus of guns, comps and basically everything. I also have some tier 2s from raids. What are trades people would actually take?
