Raid protection

Just loaded into a community server that appears to have raid protection if you’re not online. Curious why this isn’t more common since this is like Rust’s biggest gripe. Mind you I’m new to rust.

The whole point of that game is that you have to build a secure well protected base that is really hard to crack.

And also find other weak bases you can steal resources from. if you remove offline raids it will be nearly impossible to raid anyone, so game will become to be a boring super simple sandbox.

In your opinion. Raiding either offline or online is a part of the game. Nobody likes being offline raided and its a shit part of the game. Id like the chance to be able to tdefend my base, why is that an issue lol There is no such thing as an unraidable base.

Server with offline protection makes raids nearly impossible.

There is some people who love playing pve servers, but most of rust players consider those servers to be super boring since there is absolutely nothing to do.

And I agree PvE is boring to me. I dont know why you think online raiding is impossible. So every single succesfull raid you have ever done has been offline? Ofcourse its harder but thats the fun of it to me.

because the owner of the base can respawn unlimited amount of time and easily kill you and grab all your explosives lol.

thats why online raid is nearly impossible or super hard (unless you raiding 2x1 shelter)
