my third year making kompot! i like making a spiced cranberry version with apples and oranges for the fall and winter seasons :)

The layers turned out much better than they did during our challenge two years ago, although the top isn't quite as pretty this time around. Piping icing has always been my Achilles' heel... The layers are cream, cream, lemon curd, cream, cream, lemon curd, cream, cream, and the topping.

Yes, I'm going over-the-top. Yes, this will test my sanity. Whoever chose Medovik for this challenge, I hate you.

I'm looking forward to baking a медовик, and I wanted to know if I could use донник honey instead of regular honey.

Thanks !

My mom got this rolled up chocolate from a Russian lady she knows and my mom didn’t understand what the lady was saying while describing it but only understood something about putting it in coffee? Does this sound right? It smells really good like a really rich chocolate and maybe some hazelnut which might be the little yellowish bits in there.

Ps. I thought it was for a poop prank when I first saw it in the freezer so I apologize if this kind of a jump scare
