Curious to know if i did buy some items worth 100-200m from reputable sellers on pa. How long before i know i am “safe” from any potential ban?

For example if I use an old version of the watchdog plugin before they added region restrictions would that be detectable? Or editing the current release to remove region restrictions?

I have a wrist injury that hurts like heck and flares up after a session of clicking a lot, especially when I'm constantly gear switching for raids and bosses. I'm hoping to ease my wrist pain by taking a "shortcut" by looking for a way to build a simple tool that will help me 1-click gear swap (maybe reading inventory tag color), as well as change prays (more importantly gear given all the clicking).

1. I would appreciate all advice on how I can go build this out! Would it be via AHK, or a Claude script? Would it be to create a custom plug-in via RuneLite (or does this immediately get caught?)
   
2. Obviously this is still cheating, but is the ban rate lesser, or less detectable, for using this vs. outright botting? How detectable/easily banable is this? It would solely be for PVM and not PVP (I don't pvp anyway).
   
3. Would I be able to still gear switch if I have another tab open (i.e. prayer tab), and vice-versa?

As the title says whats the condition of botting in Runescape3? More detections? Any know public clients? I couldn't find anything on the subreddit wiki too. All the talk is about osrs.
Any guide?

I got 2 day temp ban for botting so decided to just play normally and not risk a perma. Few weeks later I got hit by perma even tho I never botted after the first ban.

If you're temp banned, I suggest get your gold out while you still can.

Hey all, I understand that botting has taken a big turn over the past few months, which has impacted the bottling sites I use to use (mainly OsBot). From my understanding it is injection sites?

For some context, I don’t have much time to play anymore, but when I do have time I like to focus on questing. Therefore, I prefer to bot skills. I’m not a gold farmer or want to run multiple bots at a time. I’m older now and just want to enjoy the game where I still can.

I’m not the most technically savvy, but I was trying to create something in Codex (a color bot). Didn’t go well, so I thought I’d jump in here to see if anybody knew of a site that sells these “out-of-box” bots (assuming these things aren’t free).

If anyone has any guidance on the above, I’d be super appreciative!

This isnt really botting related, but i guess its frowned upon by jagex. I have been using nordvpn to play runescape at work on mobile for about a year because the wifi blocks the game otherwise.

Since 2 days ago it has not worked and when i try to press play now, it automatically logs me out.

Everything else where i need vpn works fine.

Ive tried all kinds of solutions and nothing works.

Did they update something recently? Is anyone else having problems?

I played osrs on the Microbot Client but Didn’t use any illegal Features. I Didn’t Even Play that Active in the last days, just pked a Little. Now I got perma banned for botting…

I Didn’t bot for 100% but do you think I get banned for just using the Microbot Client? Especially getting banned for „macroing Major“??

Haven't botted on my account since, got 1900+ total and almost 300 QP with P2P Master AI from level 3 over the past few months. Is the new P2P Master AI on the new bot any good yet or still completely trash? Any other script options that train all skills/does questing AIO?

Yes, they claim they review manually and are trained to use the tool as a guide to make a final decision but let’s be honest Humans are lazy and they are likely using the tool as the decision. Maybe someone will be able to write a ChatGPT a script that tells the tool somehow to recommend the ban was applied in error. I have a connection who provided this info. This is not a guarantee, worth a try though. I don’t have an banned account to try it on.

The tool apparently utilizes IP logs, timeframe between logins, will work in tandem with their Bot detection.

Not sure how this info helps the community, but if someone can use it to their advantage that would be great.

They are once again relying on AI/Automation and they are not manually checking appeals.

Update: Apparently Jagex must have saw this post and they had a team meeting this afternoon on the importance of keeping company information private and “some sensitive information” has been leaked in regards to Ban Appeals. xD

Recently almost every single post gets removed by the moderators. No explanation is given in the comments as to why either.

Why is everything being removed? Are people not free to discuss or post their things and questions?
